Quality Construction Management, Inc. (QCM) has been providing qualified construction managers and inspectors since 1999. QCM utilizes the latest in technology by using palm pilots to keep reports and to document quantities. The palm pilots are downloaded into a computer and sent to you via the internet. QCM also contracts with AASHTO approved testing laboratories only, to perform the following testing services: Field Density Tests, Concrete Tests, Asphalt Tests, and Soils Classifications.

We are able to make decisions on site that hold your contractors to the project specifications. QCM will also seek ways to reduce your project costs by reviewing your plans and specifications. QCM Construction Inspectors keep daily field reports, take field measurements, collect material tickets, verify that the specified material is used, verify the proper installation of specified items, observe proof rolling of subgrade and subbase, log subgrade and subbase, document contractors personnel and equipment used, document weather conditions, observe the proper placement and curing of structural concrete, observe the proper placement and compaction of asphaltic concrete pavement, weld inspection, verify blow counts and depth of structural foundation piles, observe embankment placement and compaction, and observe reinforcing steel installation.
