Liberty Township, Ohio - Quality Construction Management, Inc. (QCM) announced that it had completed The Cox Road Extension Project 7 weeks a head of schedule and $118,000.00 under budget.  Mr. Mark Jennings the Senior Project Manager for this project, stated that innovative ideas and working closely with the general contractor, Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), Butler County Engineer's Office (BCEO), and The Butler County Transportation Improvement District (BCTID) allowed for the successful early completion of the project.  Also on this same day (QCM) proudly announced the completion of the Hamilton Mason East Road Improvements.  This project was also completed 2 weeks a head of schedule and $340,000,00 under budget.  The 2 BCTID projects had a total savings of more than $450,000,00!

West Chester, Ohio - Quality Construction Management, Inc (QCM) announced that it had completed the "The Square at Union Centre" an urban park on time and on budget!  The park included a working clock tower, pedestrian bridge over a pond, fountains, landscaping, paverstone walkways, concrete walkways, irrigation system, and lighting.  The new urban park is the focal point of the heart of West Chester, Ohio.  Mr. Mark Jennings the Senior Project Manager for this project stated:  We new this one would come down to the wire.  This was a very unique and complex project with lot to pack into this 3.6 acre park with a tight timeline.  It took very intense contractor coordination to bring this project to its successful completion and on budget!
